English Lyrics

Tala al badru alaina
Oh the white moon rose over us
from the valley of Wada
And we owe it to show thankfulness,
where the call is to Allah

Tala al badru alaina..

Oh you who were raised amongst us,
coming with the words to be obeyed
You have ennobled this city,
welcome O caller to God's way

Tala al badru alaina..
