Delete Your Account
If you'd like to permanently delete your NaatAudio account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, username, photo)
- Your saved favourites
- Your channel subscriptions and artist follows
- Any audio uploads associated with your account
What may be retained
- Anonymised usage data that cannot be linked back to you
- Records required by law or for fraud prevention (up to 90 days)
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed within 30 days of your request.
How to request deletion
Send an email to us from the email address linked to your NaatAudio account:
Email: support@webcomforts.com
Use subject line: Delete My NaatAudio Account
Include your registered email address in the message. We will process your request within 30 days.
